Riyadh, April 18 (QNA) - The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has ordered allocation of USD 274 million worth of humanitarian aid for Yemen.
"In response to the humanitarian needs of the brotherly Yemeni people included in the United Nations appeal dated on 17/04/2015, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud has issued his order to allocate an amount of USD 274 million for humanitarian relief works in Yemen through the United Nations," the Saudi Royal Court said in a statement.
"The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia stresses its stand fully by the brotherly people of Yemen, and prays to Allah Almighty to restore security and stability to sisterly Yemen," the statement added. (QNA)
